RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At St. Levi, we are committed to providing premium-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Include original tags and packaging
• Not show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Undergarments and accessories for hygiene reasons

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged
• The wrong item was received
• The item has a manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as St. Levi is not responsible for lost return packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
