At St. Levi, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience for our customers worldwide.
Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping times, and delivery policies.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been successfully placed and another email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–18 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Shipping method
- Package weight and size
Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly displayed on the website when available.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
St. Levi is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
If incorrect information is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
St. Levi is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our support team.
While we will assist in working with the shipping carrier, St. Levi is not liable for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
- Delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information
8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
